Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Done-For-You Podcast Setup (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

The Done-For-You Podcast Setup is a one-time implementation service that includes the following deliverables:

• Three (3) custom podcast cover art concepts (one round of revisions included)

• Professionally written or refined podcast description

• Editing and polishing of one (1) trailer episode (provided by Client)

• Setup of Buzzsprout hosting account in Client’s name

• RSS feed configuration and category optimization

• Submission to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and major podcast directories

• Delivery of a Launch Packet including final assets and login details

This is a one-time setup service only. Ongoing services are not included.

2. Client Responsibilities

To complete the Service within the stated timeline, Client agrees to:

• Complete the intake form accurately and in full

• Provide required branding preferences and information

• Record and submit trailer audio using the provided script

• Submit requested materials in a timely manner

The 7-day completion timeline begins once all required materials (including trailer audio) have been received.

Delays in submission of materials may extend the delivery timeline.

3. Timeline

The podcast will be set up and ready for directory approval within approximately seven (7) business days after all required materials are submitted.

Please note:

• Directory approvals (Apple, Spotify, etc.) are controlled by third parties and may take additional time beyond Jacob Ratliff Coaching & Consulting’s control.

• Approval timelines vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Revisions Policy

• Cover Art: One (1) revision round is included.

• Podcast Description: Minor refinements included within one revision round.

• Trailer Editing: Minor adjustments only (e.g., trimming, leveling).

Additional revisions or redesign requests may incur additional fees.

5. What Is Not Included

This Service does NOT include:

• Ongoing podcast editing

• Ongoing hosting fees (Buzzsprout subscription is Client’s responsibility)

• Branding strategy beyond basic intake preferences

• Equipment consultation

• Website development

• Marketing or growth strategy

• Paid ads setup

• Additional episode editing beyond the trailer

• Custom consulting or extended strategy calls

Any additional services requested outside the defined scope may be quoted separately.

6. Hosting & Third-Party Platforms

The podcast will be set up on Buzzsprout under the Client’s ownership.

Client is responsible for:

• Maintaining hosting subscription payments (free tier available from provider)

• Complying with directory terms of service

• Ensuring content complies with copyright and platform policies

Jacob Ratliff Coaching & Consulting is not responsible for:

• Directory rejection due to policy violations

• Content copyright disputes

• Platform outages or delays

7. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate allocation of time, creative work, and implementation resources:

All Done-For-You Podcast Setup purchases are final and non-refundable.

If Client fails to submit required materials within 30 days of purchase, the Service may be considered forfeited without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and full payment:

• Client owns final podcast cover art files

• Client owns final trailer audio file

• Client owns hosting account and RSS feed

Jacob Ratliff Coaching & Consulting retains the right to:

• Use completed podcast setup as part of portfolio or case study (excluding private login credentials)

• Reference project results for marketing purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

Jacob Ratliff Coaching & Consulting does not guarantee:

• Podcast growth

• Listener downloads

• Monetization outcomes

• Revenue generation

This Service provides technical and creative setup only.

Client acknowledges that business results depend on content quality, consistency, promotion, and external factors.

Maximum liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

10. Communication & Delivery

This Service is designed to be asynchronous and streamlined.

• Communication will occur via email.

• No live calls are included.

• Turnaround times depend on timely responses from Client.

11. Pricing & Modifications

The price reflects a limited, productized setup offer available at the time of purchase.

Jacob Ratliff Coaching & Consulting reserves the right to modify pricing or terms for future purchases.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Done-For-You Podcast Setup, Client acknowledges that they:

• Have read these Terms & Conditions

• Understand the scope and limitations

• Agree to the refund and revision policies

• Accept responsibility for their podcast content and business outcomes
